The BBD Bootcamp Crossover to Strength is a dynamic 4-week program designed for members who have consistently attended bootcamp classes for at least three months and are ready to transition into strength training. This program offers a blend of progressive workouts led by experienced coaches, utilizing a fitness tracking app and macro tracking to ensure you achieve optimal results.
Class Schedule

2 Days of Strength Classes
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: Focused sessions to build and enhance muscular strength.

3 Days of Bootcamp Classes
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: High-intensity workouts to boost endurance and cardiovascular health.
Note: To maximize recovery and performance, please limit yourself to one class per day.
