Señora 50+ Membership

Our Senoras over 50 was inspired by my mom, Sabby. My mom had not ever worked out prior to her 60's. We worked together to develop a program for women who want to learn how to become healthier, regardless of their age. 

Join us and start building a stronger you, at any age. 

Senora class meets Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.
